A functioning quality management system supports the structuring of company workflow processes and the efficient execution of these workflows.
Quality management in Humanomed Consult takes two perspectives into consideration: our internal organization as well as the services we provide our customers.
The sustainability of continuous improvement process is a central focus of quality management. A number of key figures measures the quality and the effectiveness of the quality management program.
The cornerstones of a QM program are the responsibility of management, the management of resources, the product realization and the measurement, analysis and the improvement of services provided.
Since 2006, the Humanomed Consult GmbH has undergone on an annual basis both internal and external audits to assess and appraise its QM system.
These audits have brought success: in January 2010, the Quality Austria organization has awarded us the internationally recognized DIN EN 9001:2008 certificate.
Our Mission Statement
The Humanomed Consult manages and directs private healthcare institutions in Austria and offers above and beyond these consulting services to the healthcare sector both domestically and internationally.
The management of healthcare institutions has been successful through long-term and economical sustainable strategies. In day-to-day operations Humanomed Consult functions as a consultant and supporter. The creation of suitable infrastructures and operating conditions which allow the requirements and wishes of the patients in the managed institutions to be met is placed in the forefront.
Moreover, the Humanomed Consult is active in the consulting and project development field. The planning, the management and consulting of healthcare institutions in Southern and Eastern Europe are special areas of focus.
The Humanomed Consult distinguishes itself through its slim, transparent, and non-bureaucratic organization. A flat hierarchical structure allows more open and direct communications in the company. This structure allows its employees to bring in their expertise and experience into the corresponding processes.
