Head of Nursing Staff

Roberta Pessentheiner, B.A. worked from 1990 to 2008 in the Private Hospital Maria Hilf in Klagenfurt and then until the end of 2009 in the Private Hospital Villach. In January 2010 she became head of nursing staff in the Private Hospital Althofen. After she had finished her nurse training and had become a registered nurse, she completed her B.A. in health care management.

She was responsible for moving all medical equipment and documents from the Private Hospital Althofen to the newly built Private Hospital Maria Hilf in Klagenfurt.

Her aims and concerns as head of nursing staff are the integration of new employees as well as the successful teamwork in the new Private Hospital Maria Hilf.
