Private Hospital Maria Hilf - a house with tradition

2008 Humanomed bought the Private Hospital Maria Hilf, Klagenfurt, Austria. The building was renovated to become one of the most modern private hospitals in Austria. After the completion of the building process the Private Hospital Althofen moved to Klagenfurt, transferring its entire medical spectrum to the new clinic.

The new Private Hospital Maria Hilf claims to meet the latest medical technical demands and to be a benchmark in respect of patient comfort. Besides spacious one- and two-bedrooms, the clinic offers a patient restaurant and a terrace cafe connected to the park, modern facilities for diagnostics and therapies, research and development facilities and a parking garage.

A special focus of the new hospital is the concentration on research and development in medicine. The Private Hospital Althofen has been in an academic partnership with the Medical University of Graz, Styria, since December 2008. This path of academic research and education is continued in Maria Hilf.
